To notified the shareholders, PT Kokoh Inti Arebama, Tbk. will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") on Friday, June 26, 2015.

According to the provisions of Article 21 Paragraph (2) of the Articles of Association, the call for the Meeting will be advertised in two (2) newspapers of Indonesia, and 1 (one) of them published in the domicile of the Company, on June 4, 2015.

Those entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting are shareholders whose names are registered in the Register of Shareholders of the Company on June 3, 2015 until 16:00 pm.

All shareholder proposals will be included in the Meeting’s event, if it meets the requirements of Article 21 Paragraph (5) of the Articles of Association of the Company and should be received by the Board of Directors not later than three (3) calendar days prior to the date of June 4, 2015.
