The Company started its business activities as the sole distributor for products from
PT Keramika Indonesia Assosiasi Tbk, PT KIA Serpih Mas, and
PT KIA Keramik Mas. -
As part of its growth and expansion strategy,
on April 9, 2008, the Company was publicly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, marking its journey as a Public Company. -
On June 3, 2011, the Company was acquired by
SCG Distribution Co., Ltd., which is one of the subsidiaries of Siam Cement Group (SCG) with its head office at 1 Siam Cement Road, Bangsue Sub-District, Bangkok, Thailand -
The Company further expanded its business by inaugurating the first Belanja Keramik outlet in Cileungsi, West Java.

The massive digital transformation has encouraged the Company to continue to develop and expand its business activities in the form of an online marketplace under the name Mitraruma. Mitraruma is an online platform that provides home and residential renovation services.

On June 6, 2023, the Company inaugurated Mitraruma’s first offline showroom in Alam Sutera, South Tangerang. The opening of this showroom is a form of the Company’s commitment to provide closer and more personalized service to customers.
